Responsibilities

• Undertake regular welfare checks and maintain appropriate contact with residents.
• Conduct routine accommodation and property checks and report issues promptly.
• Support residents through homelessness pathways and liaise with Housing Solutions.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Maintain clear electronic records and provide timely handovers to colleagues.
