Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Homeless Support Worker in Llanelli, Wales, to help vulnerable individuals rebuild their lives with compassion and professionalism. The role offers flexible hours across day and night shifts in a supported housing setting.

You will work with hostel residents, provide emotional support, liaise with Housing Officers, and promote safety, equality and high‑quality care while upholding service standards and person-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• Strong empathetic approach and value-based attitude.
• Experience within a social care or supported housing environment (desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts (7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am).

Responsibilities

• Support hostel occupants in adhering to rules and regulations
