Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are seeking a Housing Support Worker to join a Housing Provider in Leicester. This full-time role is based in Leicester and involves 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs, manage a caseload, and help clients achieve personal goals while developing independent living skills.

The role collaborates with local authorities and housing bodies to coordinate support, maintain records, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with multiple and complex needs.
• Experience developing or delivering person-centred support.
• Good understanding of housing, accommodation or tenancy-related issues.

• Provide advocacy and practical support where needed.
• Build positive relationships with service users.
• Coordinate with local authorities and housing providers to deliver appropriate support.
• Maintain records, support plans and case notes.
• Monitor progress and review support plans regularly.
