Lead Housing Support Worker - Coventry - Temp to Perm

Salary: £16.90 Umbrella / £13.11 PAYE

Working Hours: 9am-5pm, no weekends or bank holidays

Location: Coventry

Vacancy Details:

• Position: Lead Housing Support Worker (Temp to Perm)
• Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
• Role involves advocating for clients, assisting with benefit claims, budgeting, and tenancy sustainment
• Requires full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver support tailored to client needs to help maintain accommodation and improve wellbeing
• Advocate for young people regarding benefits and housing rights
• Support benefit claims, budgeting, debt advice, and grant applications
• Work with clients with complex needs to sustain tenancies and improve life skills
