Job summary

Town and Country Housing is seeking a compassionate Housing Support Worker to deliver a responsive wellbeing service for residents in Ashford. You will provide a 24-hour emergency response during your shift and support tenants to sustain their tenancies while ensuring schemes are safe and well maintained.

You will work closely with the Housing Officer, perform essential administrative tasks, and take action on repairs to create a safe, supportive environment for residents.
