The role focuses on providing floating support to clients with complex needs, delivering tailored plans and helping individuals build skills for independent living and eventual housing transitions.

The successful candidate will work from our offices, support a values-driven ethos, and engage in safeguarding and recruitment checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a Floating Support service.
• Develop and deliver a person-centred support package tailored to each individual.
• Help service users build skills to maintain independent living and move into permanent housing.
