YMCA Cardiff Group is seeking a dedicated team member to provide residential support that empowers service users to achieve defined goals and develop practical skills for sustainable resettlement in the community. You will work as part of a rota across 7 days, average 37.5 hours per week, with shifts 7.00am–3.00pm or 12.15pm–8.15pm, on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

SALARY: Starting at £28,216.50 per annum
