Job summary

Bradford Corporation is launching a new housing support service in Bradford District. As Housing Support Team Manager you will lead coordinators, drive service quality, and manage resources to sustain tenancies and promote independence.

You will collaborate with Waythrough and The Bridge Project, ensuring a person-centred, trauma-informed approach while engaging partners and safeguarding people across the district.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing/support services and managing teams.
• Strong leadership, performance management and quality assurance skills.
• Must hold a driving licence with access to a vehicle and be willing to undergo DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Housing Support Coordinators across the Bradford District.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and achieves positive client outcomes.
• Develop staff, monitor outcomes, and engage with partner agencies and stakeholders.
