• Experience of supporting individuals with housing-related needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Experience of working with people facing social, financial, health or other complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred trauma-informed housing-related support.
• Assist clients to sustain tenancies and access services.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to tailor support plans.
