The Pioneer Group is seeking three Household Support Fund Administrators to join their team on a part-time, fixed-term basis until 2026. The role involves supporting grant administration for vulnerable households in Birmingham, ensuring efficient application processing and providing essential client support. Pro rata £24,242 – £27,269 (following successful completion of probation)

Birmingham’s Household Support Fund provides hardship grants to eligible households as part of the government`s Cost of Living support package. This role will support the coordination and delivery of the grant across the Erdington locality.
