Job summary

Honeycomb Group is recruiting a Tenancy Sustainment Officer in Stoke-on-Trent to join the Tenancy Sustainment Team. You will deliver high-quality support to customers who are vulnerable or have complex needs, assisting with occupancy agreements, handbooks and information packs, and supporting move-in activities.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, CIH Level 3 (with willingness to progress), housing/public service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid UK

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Hold CIH Level 3 minimum and willingness to work towards.
• Experience in housing/public service environment.
• Experience dealing with complex behaviour.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Driving License with own vehicle for work purposes.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide contact, advice and guidance to customers on tenancy-related matters.
• Assist with occupancy agreements, tenancy handbooks and information packs.
• Support move-in to ensure residents feel welcomed and settled.
• Maintain tenancy conditions and safety of properties and stock.
• Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants and the community.
• Attend regular property and health and safety inspections and report issues.
