My client based in the South East is currently searching for a Housing Standards/DFG Officer to join their team for a 3-month period.

The caseload consists of approximately 70% Disabled Facilities Grant technical work and project management, with the remaining 30% focusing on Housing Standards.

Role Duties:

• Investigate possible housing offenses for breaching HHSRS.
• Carry out routine HMO inspections and respond to housing-related complaints.
• Respond to general housing complaints and service requests.
• Conduct initial site surveys and create technical drawings for new DFG projects.
• Create schedules of work for DFG projects.
• Liaise with Architects and OTs.
