Job summary

What you'll be doing
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the Housing Standards Team
  • Handle and log enquiries from tenants, landlords, and the public
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, correspondence and documentation
  • Support the process of housing complaints.
About you
  • Be highly motivated and efficient in team administration
  • Have previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be confident in using Microsoft Office and digital record systems
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Having knowledge of housing or environmental services is desirable but not essential
