We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Housing Services Manager to join our brilliant communities leadership team covering East Yorkshire, we work in a region based model so you can live anywhere in Yorkshire but your ‘patch’ would be covering the properties in East Yorkshire - FYI!
You’ll lead and inspire our Housing Coordinators, who play a key role in advertising, shortlisting and allocating empty homes, as well as supporting place case management. It’s a fast-paced, performance-driven area with clear targets, so you’ll be focused on getting the best from the team, keeping things moving and making sure customers get a smooth, fair and positive experience.

This a full-time (35 hours per week) permanent opportunity with a salary of £45,147.74 plus £2,000 car allowance per annum, for a 35 hour week plus 26 days annual leave (rising annually to 31 days) plus Bank Holidays.
