Seetec Business Technology Centre Preston, England, is seeking an Accommodation Support Officer to help adults with housing needs. You will manage a caseload, design tailored accommodation plans and work with probation practitioners to support independence.

The role requires empathy, resilience and excellent interpersonal skills. We offer an attractive salary from £25,877 to £29,000 per year, 25 days leave plus Bank Holidays and a range of benefits, with on-site training and support.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
