Job summary

Homes England in Birmingham leads on delivering large-scale housing schemes and regeneration across the Midlands. You will work in the Midlands Regional Team to identify opportunities, develop partnerships and support multi-disciplinary delivery with local authorities, Mayoral Combined Authorities and private sector partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree with professional qualification (RTPI/RICS) or equivalent.
• Strong project management experience across large-scale regeneration or development programmes.
• Expert real estate, commercial and development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a portfolio of large-scale growth projects in the Midlands.
• Collaborate with Combined Authorities, Local Authorities and private sector partners.
• Provide technical and commercial expertise on property issues, including land assembly and funding.
• Support business case propositions to draw down capital funds in innovative ways.
