Futures Housing Group in Derby, UK, is seeking a Regeneration and Rural Housing Lead to shape housing-led regeneration, rural housing, and the future of places and communities. The role covers a varied portfolio from appraisal through planning to pre-delivery, including rural housing projects for Warwickshire Rural Housing Association.

You’ll work with consultants, contractors, local authorities, funding partners, and Futures teams to develop strategy, manage procurement, and oversee projects

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate Futures’ regeneration strategy and long-term delivery plan.
• Lead housing led regeneration schemes from appraisal through planning and into pre-delivery.
• Oversee rural housing projects including work for Warwickshire Rural Housing Association.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, local authorities, funding partners and internal teams.
• Manage procurement, budgets, risks, due diligence and reporting to Futures’ requirements.
• Build trust with residents and communities to ensure clear, honest communication through change.
