Lloyds Banking Group in Manchester invites applicants to join the LLPM team as a Level 3 Housing & Property Management apprentice. You’ll gain hands-on experience across lettings, customer operations and property strategies while working toward the Level 3 qualification.
The program runs for two years starting September 2027, with four days in the office each week under a hybrid policy, and includes benefits like a pension and bonus scheme.
Duration: 2 years
Salary: £27,400
Location: Manchester
Start: September 2027
Qualification: Level 3 Housing & Property Management apprenticeship
The Lloyds Living Property Management (LLPM) team. They work with Lloyds Living and take care of it all – from supporting our customers through move‑in and move‑out to managing tenancies, maintaining the professionally managed homes, and helping everyone feel safe.
And as a Level 3 Housing & Property Management apprentice, you’ll get to be in the thick of the action.
Joining the LLPM team means it’ll be up to you to bring Lloyds Living to life for our customers every day. You’ll rotate through Lettings, and Customer Operations, and then Property Operations. And everything you do will give you hands‑on experience on how homes are managed and customers are supported throughout their journey.
Even better? You’ll also get to work with our charity partner, Regeneration Brainery, where you’ll support young people from diverse backgrounds to make a career in the property and regeneration sector.
At the same time, you’ll be working towards your Level 3 Housing & Property Management apprenticeship with a dedicated training provider. You’ll build a solid foundation in how the housing sector operates, learn how to navigate tenancies and make customer experience your priority. But of course, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
This programme is based in Manchester. With our hybrid policy, you’ll spend four days a week in the office with a young and dynamic team. If your commute exceeds 1.5 hours, we strongly recommend relocating closer to the office to ensure consistent attendance in line with contractual and hybrid working expectations.
You will join us on a fixed apprenticeship salary. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be re‑graded, with your pay range consistent with the job family for your business area.
The closing date to apply for this opportunity is 15th December.
