Job summary

Trafford Council is seeking a Triage Officer in the Housing Options Service Trafford (HOST) Team based in Sale Waterside. You will triage enquiries, support housing options and temporary accommodation teams, and work flexibly within SMART working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT software packages such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet team needs.
• Self‑motivated with strong project support background.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective triage service for the HOST Team.
• Handle customer and partner enquiries daily and support Housing Options teams.
• Work independently and under pressure with initiative and good relationship skills.
