Crawley Borough Council is seeking a confident and resilient leader to manage and develop a busy homelessness services team in the United Kingdom. The role requires detailed knowledge of homelessness legislation, strong people management skills and a commitment to high standards of customer service.

You will work closely with Housing Services to support decision-making and drive service improvements, while ensuring statutory duties are met and the provision of suitable temporary accommodation.

Formación

• Experience of managing and developing a busy team.
• Strong knowledge of homelessness legislation, case law and statutory duties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of working to challenging targets and deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer service.
