Job summary

North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Housing Options Advisor to deliver homelessness prevention services. You will be the main contact for customers who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, providing advice, triage and assessment.

You will manage a caseload, complete Full Housing Assessments, develop Personal Housing Plans to identify housing solutions, and offer tailored housing advice, landlord negotiations and tenancy sustainment support, working with internal teams and

• Experience in homelessness policy and housing access processes.
• Ability to triage and assess homelessness or risk of homelessness cases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Housing Options Advisor - North Northamptonshire Council

Ongoing contract

Location: NN15 7QX

Working Pattern: 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home

Rate: £25-28 ph Umbrella
