Platform Housing Group is seeking an inspirational Housing Operations Manager in Worcester to lead Neighbourhood Officers and Localities Operations Coordinators, driving performance and delivering high-quality tenancy services.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance and safety, and work with partners to create sustainable communities while modelling our values in a visible leadership role.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven leadership for teams and staff development.
• Strong knowledge of housing law, tenancy management, safeguarding, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead on tenancy and neighbourhood management services across Localities Portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Manage performance and risk, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery.
• Build relationships with local authorities and police to support safer communities.
