New Appointments Group is recruiting a Housing Officer (Dispersal Accommodation) to support vulnerable individuals across Buckinghamshire. You will manage a large caseload, oversee property safety and compliance, and assist with move-on from dispersal accommodation.

The role requires strong organisation, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping people. A valid UK driving licence is essential to access multiple sites and carry out property visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing, support work, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users and oversee housing properties.
• Conduct inductions and welfare checks for residents.
• Coordinate repairs and ensure health and safety compliance.
