Maninplace is recruiting a Housing Officer to support residents across temporary accommodation in Telford & Wrekin. You’ll manage properties, help customers sustain tenancies and ensure environments are safe, welcoming and well‑maintained.
The role requires hands‑on practical ability, independent decision‑making and strong interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence is essential; Enhanced DBS checks will be undertaken. This is a permanent full‑time post on days shifts.
Location: Across Maninplace properties in the Borough of Telford & Wrekin
Salary: £27,976 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 9:00am - 7:00pm, 1 weekend in 3

We're looking for a compassionate, practical and resilient Housing Officer to join our Accommodation Team. This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You'll manage our temporary accommodation, support customers to sustain their tenancies, and ensure our properties remain safe, welcoming and well‑maintained.

As a Housing Officer, you’ll be responsible for both property management and customer support, helping create safe accommodation and positive outcomes for the people we work with.
