Guided by our values of Trust, Kindness and Hope, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Housing Officer to join our Housing Services team on a fixed-term basis.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives. You'll support residents to sustain their tenancies, resolve housing issues, maximise their income and access the help they need, while helping us create safe, thriving communities across Denbighshire and Conwy.
As a Housing Officer, you'll manage a diverse caseload of residents, delivering a high-quality housing management service that puts customers at the heart of everything we do. You'll be responsible for supporting tenancy sustainment, managing rent accounts, maintaining positive neighbourhoods and helping residents overcome challenges that may affect their housing.
No two days are the same. One day you may be supporting a resident with welfare benefits or resolving a neighbourhood issue, while the next you could be undertaking estate inspections, attending multi-agency meetings or helping a new resident settle into their home.

A relevant housing qualification, such as CIH Level 3 or equivalent, would be advantageous. However, we recognise that housing management is a broad role and welcome applications from candidates who may have experience in some areas and are keen to develop in others.
