The Role

The Housing Officer will manage daily operations related to housing, facilities, and tenancy management for supported living services in London, ensuring high standards and meeting performance targets while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assess and facilitate the transition of individuals with learning disabilities into supported living housing.
2. Provide support and advice regarding housing options, rights, and entitlements.
3. Manage all London housing projects, ensuring timely completion.
4. Build and maintain relationships with voluntary and statutory partners.
5. Ensure quality assessments meet high standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in supported or social housing, assets-based approach preferred.
• Knowledge of housing options, welfare rights, and legal rights.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures.
• Experience in project management.
• Full UK driving license and ability to travel.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and independent working skills.
