The Housing Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of housing, facilities, and tenancy management concerning properties within supported living services in London. The Head of Estates & Facilities Management, based in London, will oversee all housing-related matters.
The role includes providing frontline service to members, managing tenancies and leases, conducting property inspections, tenancy verification checks, and community management. The focus is to ensure high standards of service delivery, meet performance targets, and foster excellent relationships with stakeholders.
The post holder will be accountable for property management services across the London portfolio and contribute to growth opportunities, which requires the ability to drive.
