Above all, you’ll be someone who believes that good housing management is about more than managing tenancies – it's about helping people sustain their homes, supporting thriving communities and delivering a service that customers can trust.
We're a friendly and supportive team, based at our Histon office and working closely together to deliver a high-quality service to our customers.
You’ll spend time both in the office and out in the communities you serve, working alongside colleagues and partner agencies. We value teamwork, while giving our Housing Officers the autonomy to manage their own workload and make decisions within their areas of responsibility.
We also believe in investing in our people and supporting colleagues to develop their skills and careers.
Please note that the successful candidate will need to complete a basic DBS application.
