Housing Officer - Part Time
Mobile Working – Covering Hampshire from Basingstoke to Portsmouth
30 hours per week – Tuesday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
We are looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join our Housing Operations team. As a Housing Officer you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality housing management service that meets the identified needs of customers and the wider community.
The role will involve visiting properties across the region and working with colleagues across different service areas to address a number of issues which could pose risks to the welfare of our residents and the condition of our properties. These include repairs, property neglect, sublet and abandoned properties, hoarding and anti-social behaviour. If you are a hardworking and enthusiastic individual, then this could be the challenge you are looking for.

South East - The full time equivalent salary for this role is £34,531 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £36,348 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
National - The full time equivalent salary for this role is £32,887 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £34,617 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
