Job description

Are you an experienced Housing Needs Officer capable of conducting Part 7 assessments and advising homeless clients? My client offers good working conditions and a manageable workload to support all aspects of the Housing Needs Officer role. A strong knowledge of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017, including issuing Section 184s, is required.

Skills and Experience

1. Experience conducting triage assessments for single homeless clients, from prevention to relief.
2. Knowledge of the JIGSAW system.
3. Strong understanding of the Housing Act 1996 and Homeless Reduction Act 2017, including Section 184.
4. Experience working with vulnerable clients who have lost their property and require relief.
