Job summary

Argyll Community Housing Association Limited is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead housing compliance and asset safety across Argyll & Bute. You will drive safe, compliant homes, shape investment decisions and deliver services that benefit our communities.

You will manage key areas such as asbestos, legionella and servicing contracts, using data to inform improvements while leading a dedicated team and ensuring outstanding safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

Experienced in property compliance, building safety or asset management.
Educated to degree level, or equivalent.
Willing to pursue SCQF Level 7 or CMI Level 5 management qualification.
Building or property management qualification advantageous; professional body membership valued.
Recognised health and safety training such as IOSH, RoSPA or SMSTS.

Responsibilities

Lead on key compliance areas including asbestos, legionella and specialist servicing contracts.
Drive continuous improvement and influence investment decisions using data and insights.
Provide expert advice and manage a dedicated team to ensure safety and compliance.
Collaborate across the organisation to deliver high-quality services to tenants.
Monitor contracts, budgets and performance information to drive results.
