Job summary

Hyde Group is seeking a Housing Manager (Supported Living) to lead a regional team across Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and occasional travel to Chichester. The role focuses on safe, well-maintained schemes and helping customers maintain independence and quality of life.

You will drive housing management excellence, oversee performance, and collaborate with partners to deliver compassionate, person-centred services for residents with additional needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing management and tenancy management, ideally within supported housing or a related environment.
• Proven staff management experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent customer-focused services for people with additional needs.
• Ability to coordinate activity across multiple schemes, analyse data, monitor performance and engage effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Housing Manager (Supported Living)

South London - with flexible travel across Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and occasional travel to Chichester, West Sussex

Up to £41,500, depending on experience

As a Housing Manager (Supported Living) at Hyde, you will supervise a team of Supported Housing Officers to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across our supported living schemes. You will help ensure schemes are safe, well maintained and compliant, while supporting customers to maintain their independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Key Duties

• Supervise and support a regional team of 5 Supported Housing Officers, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of enhanced housing management across supported living schemes.
• Maintain service standards through quality checks, performance reporting and continuous improvement activity.
• Support compliance, safeguarding, health and safety and risk management requirements across schemes.
• Build effective relationships with care providers, statutory partners, internal teams and local services to support customer independence.
