Chadwick Nott is seeking a Housing Management & Property Litigation Associate to join a social housing-focused practice at a City firm.

The role involves advising on service charge disputes, breach of lease, and issues around fire safety and cladding, with opportunities for progression and development.

Formación

• Experience in housing management litigation within a UK law firm.
• 3-4 PQE level, England & Wales qualified.
• Strong understanding of social housing disputes and property litigation.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on service charge disputes and breach of lease claims.
• Handle matters involving fire safety and cladding, and forfeit actions.
• Engage with housing providers including local authorities and housing associations.

Job Title: Housing Management & Property Litigation Associate- Legal 500 City firm

Salary: £70,000-£75,000

PQE Level: 3-4 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-Time

Our longstanding client, a successful medium sized City law firm has a strong reputation within the social housing space.

Role

Primarily advising social housing providers including local authorities, housing associations and the private sector across a wide range of housing management and residential property litigation matters which often include:

• Service charge disputes
• Breach of lease claims
• Fire & Safety and Cladding
• Forfeiture
