Qualifications

• Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 Qualification or willingness to undertake within the first 12 months of employment.
• Have access to personal transport or be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post.

Responsibilities

• Support Housing Management Officers in tenancy-related matters.
• Provide a high level of customer care to tenants and clients.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary housing team to develop skills and experience.
