Join Our Team as a Housing Management Assistant!

Do you enjoy making a difference by ensuring safe, welcoming homes for people in need? As a Housing Management Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality housing services for our clients aged 16 and above. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants—coordinating inspections and repairs, maintaining key records, and assisting with tenancy transitions.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrates strong administrative and customer service skills, with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Possesses the flexibility to work across a seven-day schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overnight (sleep) shifts
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other information systems.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
  • An organised individual who can manage tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
