Job summary

Simpson Judge in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Housing Litigation lawyer (NQ/Solicitor) to run housing disputes for social landlords within a close-knit team. The role focuses on disrepair claims, ASB injunctions, and leasehold matters.

The Role

You will run housing litigation for social landlords and join our close-knit Manchester team within our wider practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and defend disrepair claims and support legal assistants.
• Handle ASB injunctions and Environmental Protection Act matters.
• Advise on residential leasehold and shared ownership issues.
