Job summary

Anthony Collins incn in Manchester is seeking a Housing Litigation solicitor (NQ/Solicitor) to join our close-knit team within the Housing Litigation and Management department. You will run housing litigation for social landlords, defend disrepair claims, handle ASB injunctions, possession cases, and advise on leasehold issues.

The role offers hybrid working, with a newly refurbished Manchester site and access to gym facilities, 25 days holiday, gift days at Christmas, and volunteering days.

Qualifications

• Experienced in housing law with sound technical understanding.
• Confident advocate, comfortable representing clients at hearings.
• Highly organised, able to manage a busy and varied workload.
• Strong communicator, delivering clear and practical advice.
