Job summary

Anthony Collins is seeking a Housing Litigation Solicitor (NQ) to join our Manchester team and manage housing litigation for social landlords. You will work within our Housing Litigation and Management department on a range of housing-related matters.

We welcome a proactive lawyer with a strong grasp of housing law, an effective communicator, and the ability to balance a varied workload. Hybrid working and a supportive development programme are offered.

Qualifications

• Experienced in housing law with sound technical understanding.
• Confident advocate able to represent clients at hearings.
• Highly organised with ability to manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage and defend disrepair claims and support legal assistants.
• Handle ASB injunctions and Environmental Protection Act matters.
• Run possession cases, including complex defences.
• Advise on residential leasehold and shared ownership issues.
