Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Banbury offers an Apprenticeship in Lettings, in partnership with Learning Curve Group. The programme provides a Housing Level 2 qualification while gaining practical work experience in a busy letting team.

The placement is a fixed-term contract for 15 months with a starting salary of £19,656 and a 37.5-hour work week. You’ll learn to match people with suitable homes and support customers through the moving process, guided by supportive colleagues as you develop into a future

Qualifications

• GCSEs at grade C or above (4–9) in Maths and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist lettings team with matching tenants to homes and processing moves.
• Support customers through the moving process and learn housing services in a real working environment.
