Job Description:

We are seeking Implementation Consultants to join our Housing Team at NECSWS, focusing on our Repairs Module within the NEC Housing Management System. This is a Home Based role, with flexibility for Hybrid or Remote work depending on location. You will support customers during system upgrades, migrations, or implementations, working closely with experienced consultants to develop your skills and ultimately manage projects independently.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Providing expert guidance on implementing NEC Housing modules, especially Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness.
• Offering best practices and training to current customers.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and collecting positive feedback.
• Communicating promptly about issues to internal teams.
• Creating training courses and solution manuals for customers and staff.
• Staying updated with developments in Social Housing Management.
• Traveling within the UK as needed to visit clients and sites.

Essential Skills:

• Deep expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
• Experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or Modules, focusing on configuration and build.
• Proven record of delivering high-quality consultancy services to Local Authorities, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
• Ability to achieve positive customer feedback.
• Skilled in creating training materials and manuals.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with configuring and implementing wider NEC Housing modules.
