Job Description:

Description: You will play a pivotal role in implementation projects, working alongside the Data Team to onboard data and the Configuration Team to automate calculations.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Lead client implementation projects for workstream.
2. Gather and interpret client requirements.
3. Create requirements documentation.
4. Translate requirements into system solutions.
5. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve queries and issues.
6. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project tasks.
7. Lead client meetings and project status calls.
8. Mentor and develop Implementation Analysts.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Assist in project management, including risk mitigation.
11. Facilitate system training and documentation.
12. Support staff management efforts.
13. Participate in the development of technology platforms.

What we’re looking for:

1. Strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes and legislation.
2. Ability to explain pension member records, relationships, and different scheme types.
3. Experience across the project lifecycle with active participation in all stages.
4. Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
5. Experience in project ownership and leadership.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
