Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving licence and access to a car.
• Experience supporting Looked After Children, homeless individuals or vulnerable adults.
• Fully flexible to cover shifts including evenings, weekends and unsocial hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, 24/7 support to a small group of Looked After Children aged 16-21.
• Collaborate with Social Services and Mental Health Professionals to deliver interventions.
• Support safety, stability and resilience in the young people’s homes through flexible interventions.
