Job summary

BCHA in Plymouth is seeking a Housing First Support Worker to provide personalised support to people with complex needs who have experienced homelessness. You will work in line with Housing First principles to offer trauma-informed and person-centred assistance that respects each individual's strengths and aspirations.

• Experience working with people with complex or multiple needs.
• Ability to apply Housing First principles and trauma-informed, person-centred support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, respectful and consistent relationships with customers.
• Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred support.
