Qualifications

• 3-5 years PQE in property finance and/or property portfolio transactions.
• Experience working with Registered Providers and/or housing sector lenders.
• Familiarity with Land Registry systems and legal tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of housing finance and property portfolio matters.
• Assist with large-scale security charging and due diligence projects.
• Draft and negotiate Certificates of Title and reports on title.
