Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with experience in property law and public sector clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and development.

Responsibilities

• Advising local authorities, central government bodies, and Registered Providers on regeneration and housing projects.
• Supporting land assembly including option and promotion agreements.
• Handling real estate transactions including leases, licences, infrastructure agreements, and overage arrangements.
• Drafting conditional sale agreements and advising on overage provisions.
• Contributing to the development of the firm's public sector real estate practice.
• Maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for business development.
