Open to NQ up to 3+ years PQE with a focus on housing disputes, including homelessness, disrepair and eviction matters. Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 3+ years' PQE and a valid Practising Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Department Director.
• Manage all aspects of Housing work with guidance to team.
• Handle diverse caseloads: homelessness, disrepair, eviction and possession proceedings, ownership disputes, unlawful eviction cases, succession, neighbourhood issues.
