Your Role:
The Caretaker will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of services provided to Tyne & Wear Fire and Rescue Authority by Equans at any of their PFI Estate. You will ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with the appropriate schedules and standards. You will undertake a range of PPM tasks at a frequency specified by corresponding plans and industry standards. The Caretaker will also be responsible for logging any jobs that arise whilst on site, as well as monitoring and taking the appropriate action with regards to jobs that have been allocated to them. This is a customer-facing role that demands excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
