You are an operational, practical and enthusiastic person who enjoys being close to the work, supporting teams on the ground and finding sensible solutions. You understand the importance of compliance, but you also know how to apply it in a real‑world housing maintenance environment. You will be confident working with operatives, contractors, managers and residents, and able to keep standards high while remaining approachable and supportive. You will also be comfortable managing contractors within the compliance area, making sure work is delivered safely, to the required standard, and within agreed timescales and budget.
