Job summary

CCHA is looking for a skilled surveyor to join our Property & Assets team. You will carry out surveys and inspections, oversee contractors and planned maintenance, and support reactive repairs and Damp & Mould cases to keep homes safe and provide good value for money.

You will work with colleagues, tenants and partners to deliver high standards, manage costs and ensure work complies with safety regulations and our policies.

Qualifications

• You're a confident and experienced surveyor with a strong understanding of property maintenance, health and safety and the social housing sector.

Responsibilities

• Carry out surveys and inspections, oversee contractors and planned maintenance programmes, and support the management of reactive repairs and Damp & Mould cases.
• Help ensure work is delivered to a high standard, on time, safely and in line with relevant legislation and policies.
• Provide practical solutions, manage work and costs effectively, and help continually improve the service provided.
