Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in busy application support environment
• Experience with Housing applications such as NEC, Unit4, Total Mobile, DRS, Keystone or Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of ITIL principles; Foundation level desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for Housing applications, escalating to suppliers or in-house squads for third-line support where necessary
• Work closely with suppliers to manage and resolve third-line incidents and ensure delivery against SLA
• Take ownership of priority incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently
• Contribute to internal and external service reviews and maintain the application roadmap
